Warranty/ Exchange/ Return Policy

 

Orange Dog Outfitters, LLC is proud of the quality brands and products we carry.  Each product/ brand represented and offered by Orange Dog Outfitters, LLC has individual warranty stipulations and coverage.  Please consult the corresponding website warranty information for any product in question.  Please contact us directly for any specific questions, and Orange Dog Outfitters, LLC will do everything in its control to warranty and guarantee any product we offer, within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days the warranty in question will be subject only to any applicable manufacturer warranty. 

 

For sizing or clothing returns, please contact us directly within 30 days of purchase date, and we'll be happy to exchange colors or sizes if other options in that corresponding item are available.  If the original order is fulfilled correctly by Orange Dog Outfitters, LLC, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs involved with an exchanged product.  Exchanged items could incur a 15% restocking fee.
